Zoom mobile SDKs — Ionic support

Zoom has released support for Ionic platform making it easier to integrate Zoom video engine in your mobile apps with Javascript/Typescript. We have also released support for custom UI features across our desktop SDKs which will let you choose one of the many UI layouts that will fit your app and not just expose your end users with the standard Zoom meeting UI.

While my own preference is to use React native given that provides a much better overall performance and responsiveness, if you are looking for a quick integration or build a prototype, go with Ionic. There are few caveats for now: custom UI features will not work with Ionic and not all SDK functions are exposed yet.

We are working on launching support for React native and Flutter — watch out for the announcements at the Zoom Developer forum and blogs.
